What is it?

Our online billing provides real time reporting and analysis on your Intercity services including mobile, landline and hosted services. All variable landline costs are updated within 24 hours, which allows our customers to proactively monitor individual spend. This provides our customers with a quick and easy method to control their communication costs. In addition, Intercity provide a monthly paper One Bill invoice. This format delivers a consolidated outline of all your Intercity costs.

Our Web Billing service gives you a breakdown of personal and business calls and sets individual call limits. Once your agreed call limit is reached you'll be notified by a text or email to your nominated contact.

Web Billing also lets you forecast monthly costs from past bills and identify highest and lowest spenders.

Our Web Billing service gives you up to 12 months historical data available for analysis. You'll also be able to receive tailored reports by email or download the information to excel or PDF.

We offer two subscription levels.  Web Billing Free is available to all Intercity customers for mobile phones, fixed line services and hosted services. Web Billing Gold offers all the benefits of the free version but  includes more granular control for an additional fee.
